The grapes are harvested and selected by hand and collected in 12 kilo boxes from the winery's own vineyards that are over 80 years old. They are then sorted on a selection table. Fermentation takes place inside small stainless steel vats where pumping over is carried out. The Malolactic fermentation occurs naturally after the alcoholic fermentation has finished. The wine is oak aged for 30 months in new oak barrels of which the staves are made out of American oak and the lids, French oak. This wine will evolve well in the bottle.
Colour: Bright brick red, with an ochre border.
Aroma: Subtle presence of fruit covered with soft aromas of vanilla and pepper.
Sabor: Elegant and smooth with long tannins.
